In-Person Event In Oakville | Tuesday June 20, 2023 | Brain Injury Awareness and Grant Recognition Event In Canada Brain Injury Awareness Month is observed in June and serves as a platform to raise awareness about brain injuries, their impact on individuals, families, and communities, and the importance of prevention, treatment, and support. We will host an in-person gathering as our end-of-season social promoting togetherness and celebrating our members. In supporting our members we acknowledge grant recognition plays a crucial role in funding initiatives related to brain injury awareness and research. Grants provide financial assistance to organizations and individuals dedicated to advancing knowledge, improving treatment options, and enhancing the quality of life for individuals with brain injuries. We will take the time to recognize our funding bodies as part of our gathering bringing attention to the importance of continued investment in brain injury research and initiatives, helping to create a more informed and supportive society. Members, please refer to your weekly email for more details on this event. RSVP will be required for attendance. Space is limited. |
