About the Talk:

Mind Forward Brain Injury Services is a not-for-profit charitable organization, completely funded by Ontario Health to provide community based rehabilitation and life-long support for adults whose lives have been touched by acquired brain injury.

Since incorporating in 1992, Mind Forward has been committed to offering services to all individuals touched by brain injury (including clients, family members and caregivers) based on an assessment of the individual’s needs and through a team approach to service planning and goal-setting. The client and significant others are welcomed as members of the program planning process, along with our staff and other experts.

 

About Ashley: 

Ashley has been with Mind Forward Brain Injury Services for 18 years and has worked in a multitude of roles from front-line work, Case Management, Day Services Program Manager and her current role of Clinical Services Manager, Community Services, which she has held since 2019.  Ashley also acts as the Central West and Mississauga Halton regions ABI System Navigator and is also Mind Forward’s Privacy Officer. In addition to supporting community services Ashley also manages the agency’s intake process.
