Tasha Ivanchenko

Tasha Ivanchenko a dedicated rehabilitation and support professional with over 15 years of experience working in the field of acquired brain injury, supporting individuals with complex behavioural, medical, and mental health needs.

Tasha’s approach is deeply person-centred and holistic. Tasha believes meaningful rehabilitation starts with understanding what matters most to the individual, where they are now, what motivates them and what they want their life to look like. From there, Tasha focuses on building
genuine connections, creating practical and individualized plans, and supporting goals in a way that feels meaningful to the person.

Alongside her work in acquired brain injury, Tasha also works as a doula, supporting growing families through tender and transformative times. This experience has further strengthened her ability to listen deeply, communicate with compassion, and provide calm, individualized support during times of change.

Tasha brings warmth, humour, curiosity, and a strong belief in meeting people where they are.
She is passionate about helping individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered and will help individuals find creative ways to build on their strengths, interests, and motivations.
