Sarah Hurtubise has an educational background in ECE, SSW, and also holds a personal training certificate. She started working in the rehabilitation field to offer her experience pertaining to the support of individuals with complex mental health, substance use, and significant Acquired Brain Injury needs. Sarah combines her vast knowledge of exercise implementation, and health and wellness, with her skills as a motivational coach for a holistic approach; supporting clients to achieve their fullest expression of their goals. She has witnessed firsthand the difference of comprehensive support with a multi-disciplinary team that can make clients undertake into their rehabilitation journey.
Sarah supports clients in the development and implementation of home and community-based gym/ exercise therapy programs, assistance with Functional Abilities Evaluations, life skills/ activities of daily living training, job coaching, educational assistance, ergonomic assessments, physical demands assessments, and social and community reintegration. Disciplines include: Occupational Therapy, Counselling, Case Management, Rehabilitation Therapy, and Physiotherapy.
