Ed joined the BIAPH Board of Directors in 2019, but he is no stranger to the organization. Ed is a TBI Survivor, and has been attending Support Groups actively since his injury in 2013 as he continues to balance therapy and support services 5 days per week, while adjusting to his new life.
Ed graduated from McMaster, and Rotman’s MBA Essentials Program. At the time of his MVA, Ed was the Founder and CEO of an employee communications company employing over 60, a recipient of numerous awards, and an Executive with a tech communications firm. Prior to the accident, Ed and his family led an active lifestyle. He was also an avid musician, and still plays guitar as he finds it to be therapeutic. Ed no longer works or drives due to his injuries. He is a strong supporter of BIAPH, and greatly appreciates how the organization has assisted him and his family.
