Alicia Ralph is a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities across healthcare, rehabilitation, education, and human rights. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside individuals living with acquired brain injuries and other complex disabilities, advocating for equitable access to services, coordinated care, and meaningful community inclusion. She is also the founder of a rehabilitation and consulting practice dedicated to person-centred care and equitable service delivery.

 

Alicia holds a Master of Social Work from York University and a Master of Health Management from McMaster University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education. Her professional experience spans hospital social work, rehabilitation, case management, human rights, and system leadership, with a focus on advancing equitable, accessible, and inclusive systems that improve outcomes for individuals facing complex health and social challenges.

 

Alicia joined the Brain Injury Association of Peel & Halton Board of Directors to continue serving the brain injury community through advocacy, collaboration, and system change. She is committed to supporting BIAPH’s mission and strengthening opportunities for individuals with brain injuries and their families to access the resources, supports, and inclusive communities they need to thrive.
