The remaining 50% of the proceeds from our 50/50 fundraiser go directly to support BIAPH’s charitable programming. Your participation not only gives you a chance to win but also contributes significantly to our mission of making a positive impact on the lives of Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) survivors. The odds of winning the prize are based on the number of tickets sold. There is no limit to the number of tickets that may be sold.

A unique winning number is randomly generated and issued by the electronic 50/50 system out of the numbers purchased for each particular draw. The mechanism for selecting the winning number is a computer-based random number generator that has been certified by AGCO.

Sales for 50/50 tickets conclude at the start of the second period during hockey games where a draw is planned. Furthermore, the winning 50/50 numbers are drawn and announced by the conclusion of the third period for these designated hockey games. All winning numbers will be published online. To stay informed about specific draw schedules, we strongly encourage you to check the ‘Rules’ section, where the draw schedule is posted. You can also find it on our website at www.biaph.com

Upon ticket validation, the winner will be paid the winning amount by cheque. To facilitate online ticket validation, the winner will present the email or electronic ticket when claiming the prize. For printed tickets, only the original ticket will be accepted, no copies or facsimile (i.e., photo) will be accepted. The winner must also present valid government-issued photo identification to claim their prize. It’s important to note that all winning tickets must remain unaltered and in their original condition. Therefore, BIAPH retains the right to withhold winnings if a ticket is found to have been reproduced or modified.

Note:  All ticket sales must be claimed by the individual named in the original purchase transaction. BIAPH is not responsible for any division of the winning prize amount to any other party other than the individual named in the original purchase transaction.

All transactions and winnings are paid in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prizes will be paid by cheque payable to the winner.
