BIAPH seeks your support for our annual corporate fundraiser
5TH Annual “Une Affaire de Chocolat”. Please join us at the Harbour Banquet and Conference Centre, 2340 Ontario Street, (Bronte Harbour), Oakville on Thursday June 20th, 2013 from 6:30 pm to 9:30 PM. – www.harbourbanquet.ca
Tickets: $125 or $150 at the door. (One free drink ticket is included in the price). Pay now online using PayPal or Print Registration Form and mail in with your payment.
The evening will feature a fabulous buffet style dinner, decadent chocolate desserts, and entertainment, live and silent auctions and fabulous raffle items.
As in years past, we hope to bring together members of the legal community, the health care community, the insurance industry, brain injury survivors, local businesspersons and politicians to help BIAPH achieve our fundraising goals.

All sponsorship packages include free ticket(s) to our event. In order to ensure that your company receives proper recognition at BIAPH upcoming events, we would greatly appreciate if you could contact us by May 29, 2013. If you are not able to use all tickets in your package, we kindly ask that you allow us to donate these tickets on your behalf to our ABI survivors.
In the event that you are unable to sponsor our fundraising event, we invite you to please consider donating items for our silent or live auctions. Tickets to sporting events, gift coupons for a “day at the spa”, dinner or golf, sports memorabilia, electronics or gift baskets would be particularly appreciated.
The Brain Injury Association of Peel and Halton (BIAPH) does not receive government funding, leaving us to rely on corporate support and fundraising events such as this to continue our work.
