Georgetown Support Group welcomes Dr. Lesley Miller
Dr. Miller spoke on “Recovering from Brain Injury” at the May 14th Georgetown monthly Support Group meeting.
Dr. Miller is a Clinical Psychologist, focusing her practice in the areas of Counselling and Neuropsychology.
She has a special interest in neuroplasticity and helping brain injured clients to increase their level of activation and community integration in order to promote ongoing brain health throughout the life span.
Here’s a comment from one of the attendees:
“What a great turn out and great group last night! It was very interactive and met all of our needs. Dr. Miller took the time to see what we wanted to learn and touched on all subjects. She explained things in a manner that everyone could understand. This is my second time hearing her speak and I would love to hear her speak again!”
Thank-you Dr.Miller and BIAPH for putting this event on!
Your time and help is greatly appreciated!
